Reserved Parking Terms and Conditions
Reserved parking fees are not refundable. This reservation permits the driver to park one truck. No bailment is intended or granted. This reservation merely permits the driver to use the space for parking his or her truck. TA accepts no responsibility to protect, physically accept or redeliver the truck or its contents to the driver. Guest accepts all responsibility. Vehicles left without notification to TA may be impounded or towed away at the owner’s expense.

If TA is not able to honor the reservation regardless of the reason, the extent of TA’s liability shall be limited to the cost of the reservation.

TA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FIRE, THEFT OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO THE VEHICLE OR LOSS OF ANY CARGO, CONTENTS OR ARTICLES LEFT IN THE VEHICLE. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE TA FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OBLIGATIONS, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES BROUGHT BY YOU OR THOSE THAT COULD BE BROUGHT BY YOU. YOUR RELEASE SHALL BE ENFORCED WITHOUT REGARD TO THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF TA, IT BEING YOUR EXPRESS INTENTION TO RELEASE TA FOR THE CONSEQUENCE OF ITS OWN ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT RELATED TO THE OPERATION OF THIS PARKING LOT. THIS CONTRACT SOLELY LIMITS OUR LIABILITY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRUCK AND ITS CONTENTS. LOCK YOUR VEHICLE.
